Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audio Visual Specialist (Projects) located in Noida. The Audio Visual Specialist will be responsible for providing audio visual support and managing AV systems, coordinating video conferencing, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of AV equipment and systems while delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years experience in project engineering of AV Solutions
• Proficient in Audio Visual Support, AV Systems, and Video Conferencing
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to AV systems
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with unified communications and IT infrastructure is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
