Audio Visual Specialist

As an Audio-Visual Project Manager for PETA India, your role is crucial in creating and editing informative, exciting, and cutting-edge videos to promote animal rights. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of AV and Production, located in Delhi or Mumbai, to manage various projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create informative, exciting, and cutting-edge videos aligned with PETA India's objectives - Design, direct, and conduct video shoots while collaborating with different departments - Exercise discretion in selecting appropriate footage for video edits - Ensure quality control of videos and make necessary edits based on feedback - Coordinate with external photographers and videographers as needed - Brainstorm and pitch new video ideas to support PETA India's campaigns - Manage video elements for celebrity shoots and other projects - Maintain an organized inventory of photos and videos, coordinating with PETA US when necessary - Research equipment needs, maintain a digital inventory, and oversee equipment maintenance - Collaborate with audio-visual vendors and securely transfer video footage - Adhere to legal guidelines throughout the video production process - Undertake any additional duties delegated by the supervisor Qualifications: - Hold a degree in a related field with a minimum of four years of experience - Proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom - Familiarity with industrial-grade video and photo equipment - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently - Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality - Willingness to travel and lift up to 15 kilograms - Dedication to furthering the objectives of the organization If you are passionate about animal rights and possess the required qualifications, please complete the application form to join the team at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India.,
