About the Role

Audio-Visual Editor

Experience in weddings, luxury events, or similar industries is highly preferred, as this requires an understanding of storytelling, pacing, and emotional depth in high-value celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit cinematic wedding films, highlight reels, trailers, and branded content
• Craft compelling stories using pacing, transitions, and high-end aesthetics
• Deliver polished outputs for both long-form and social-first platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Audio & Music Design

• Select, mix, and master music to elevate storytelling for films and content
• Sync dialogues, ambience, and music tracks for immersive experiences
• Create original audio edits with creative use of beats, crescendos, and mood-driven scoring

Creative Storytelling

• Work closely with cinematographers, creative directors, and marketing teams to align on narrative flow
• Suggest new editing techniques, soundscapes, and visual approaches to enhance Novella’s luxury tone
• Ensure every deliverable reflects Novella’s brand ethos: emotional, cinematic, and timeless

Technical & Quality Control

• Maintain consistency in color grading, audio levels, and overall output quality
• Work under tight deadlines while upholding the highest creative standards
• Stay updated with editing software, plugins, and audio-visual trends

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in video + audio editing (wedding/luxury industry experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio/reel showcasing films, trailers, and creative sound design
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Logic Pro, or similar software
• Deep understanding of music-driven storytelling, emotional arcs, and cinematic editing
• Strong aesthetic sense for luxury visuals and soundscapes
• Comfortable working on a

  6-day week

  with flexibility for event timelines
• Based in Delhi NCR or open to relocating to

  South Delhi (GK1)
