Automent is looking for a seasoned AV Technical Head to lead our Audio-Visual engineering division. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience in AV system integration, and a strategic mindset to drive complex projects across corporate, entertainment, and broadcast spaces.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, integration, and execution of advanced AV/ELV systems
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery – from concept to commissioning
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide customized AV solutions
• Set benchmarks for system performance, reliability, and compliance
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical resources
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive technical innovation

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Audio/Electronics Engineering
• 10+ years of hands-on AV experience; 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, AV control systems (Crestron, Extron), and DSP platforms (Q-SYS, Biamp)
• Preferred: AVIXA CTS-D or CTS-I certification
• Strong project management, communication & decision-making skills

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of acoustics, AV programming, and broadcast systems
• Experience working with AV integration platforms and scripting tools
• Ability to lead teams under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
