Role Overview: You will be working as the Audience Outreach Sales Lead for TEDxGateway and EDGE at Gateway Platforms Pvt Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be engaging corporate leaders and top-tier professionals to connect them with the impactful experiences offered by TEDxGateway and EDGE. Your role will involve leveraging your communication and leadership skills to bring innovative ideas to life, building a network of key attendees for events, and ensuring long-term growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Qualifying Leads: Gather detailed information about potential leads" needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline to align with event goals. - Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct dynamic sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of events and engage with prospective customers. - Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential attendees and sponsors by establishing rapport, addressing concerns, and maintaining consistent communication. - Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in strategic negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements, discussing pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively. - Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain an organized CRM system to manage relationships with current and potential attendees for future events. - Sales Reporting and Follow-up: Keep meticulous records of sales activities, update the sales team on pipeline status, and provide detailed reports for transparency. - Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt outreach strategies and keep TEDxGateway and EDGE ahead. - Networking and Audience Expansion: Identify and establish connections with potential attendees from diverse corporate houses to increase event participation. - Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate and present the unique value proposition of TEDxGateway and EDGE to persuade target audiences of the benefits of attending. - Innovative Engagement: Design and execute creative communication campaigns to increase engagement and enthusiasm among attendees leading up to the event. - Executive Level Communication: Interact with senior leaders within organizations, encouraging their participation and involvement in TEDxGateway and EDGE events. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, event management, or hospitality providing a strong foundation for the role. - Exceptional communication and marketing skills to engage with diverse audiences and build long-term relationships. - 3+ years of experience in audience engagement, event management, or sales, demonstrating proficiency and industry knowledge. - Proven project management expertise to efficiently plan and execute event-related activities and campaigns. - Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams for collective success. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently, maintaining a goal-oriented approach.,
