As a Contract Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts, such as Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, RFPs, and other agreements like Partner Agreements and Teaming Agreements, with a specific focus on clients in the Americas region. Your role will also include conducting end-to-end legal reviews of contracts, identifying issues, obtaining internal approvals, and coordinating with various teams on a daily basis for inputs and approvals. In addition to contract review, you will be required to conduct legal research on topics related to general commercial matters, upcoming legislations, and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Furthermore, you will provide general advisory support on contract and commercial matters and assist in uploading and reviewing legal documents on the internal contract management tool to ensure timely execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, accounting, marketing, and operations will be an integral part of your role, where you will contribute your legal expertise to support and align business objectives. To be successful in this position, you should hold an LLB or LLM degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. This role offers a hybrid work model with the option to work from the Vikhroli/Thane location.
