1. Review, drafting and redlining of commercial contracts such as Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, RFPs and other agreements such as Partner Agreements, Teaming Agreements, customer specific vendor agreements, with specific focus on clients based in Americas region.
2. Review will include end to end legal review of contracts, including identification of issues, internal approval requirements and liaising with various internal teams to obtain relevant inputs/approvals on a day-to-day basis.
3. Legal research on various topics related to general commercial matters, upcoming legislations and various privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
4. Assisting with general advisory related to contracts/ commercial matters.
5. Uploading and reviewing legal documents on internal contract management tool and ensuring timely execution.
6. Working with a variety of teams, including sales, finance, accounting, marketing and operations.
