Job Description

Your Role

Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions.

Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices.

Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines.

Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows.

Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps.

Your Profile

4 to 6 years of experience in Jira & Confluence implementation and support experience.

Strong in Agile, project tracking, and knowledge management.

Skilled with workflows, custom fields, automation, and macros.

Experienced in client training and project delivery.

Excellent communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
