Job Description

Responsibilities

Customize and develop Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) to fit business needs.
Design, configure, and manage Jira workflows, custom fields, and notifications for optimal performance.
Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party apps and plugins to enhance functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver solutions using Atlassian products.
Provide technical guidance and support teams in adopting Atlassian best practices.
Monitor and resolve performance, configuration, and integration issues.
Contribute to automation efforts using Groovy, Jira Automation, or Atlassian add-ons.
Conduct training and workshops to enhance team proficiency in Atlassian tools.
Stay current with Atlassian updates and best practices to improve the client experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and plug-ins.
Proficiency in Groovy, Python, or Java for tool customization.
Experience with REST APIs and integrating Atlassian tools with external systems.
Expertise in configuring Jira workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Atlassian s role in supporting agile teams.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker) and their integration with Atlassian platforms.
Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120) are a plus.
