Job Description

Designation : Astt. Manager -Institutional Sales

Experience : 10-15 Yrs.

Location : Delhi/Ncr & In - country

Desired Qualification : Graduate & above

Reporting to : Director-Sales /Sales Head

Job Responsibilities:-

Ensure meeting of Inst. sales targets, sales forecast, proper execution of promotional merchandising and advertising programs, new product launches and sustained execution efforts

Correct pricing and communication of schemes/ discounts in his areas through market visits

Responsible for expansion of market both horizontally and vertically and achieving sale targets

Build strong relationship with the sales Institutions, various vendors, etc.

Enhance the efficiency & pushing the sales as per assigned target

Should attend & resolve customer complaints & meet customer requirements

Should monitor brand/ pack movement in the markets/ routes for corrective action as per target

Should be aware of competitor’s activity and discuss with higher management to plan activities to counter the same at right time, to break monopoly and increase our outlet base to have volume growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
