Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst/General Manager - Digital Transformation Services Sales located in Mumbai.

The Asst/General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams, driving business transformation initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and fostering client relationships.

The role involves consulting, applying design thinking methodologies, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to drive digital transformation services.

The person will also participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in selling or solutioning in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation
• Strong Analytical Skills and Consulting experience
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the technology sector is must
• Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
