Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Team Leader based in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Team Leader will oversee daily operations, coordinate with team members, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include providing guidance to team members, addressing project escalations, ensuring efficient workflows, and contributing to process improvements and performance monitoring. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and stakeholders.
