Job Title: Asst. Service Manager - Water Purifier

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring quality and timely maintenance of water purifiers. Leads the service team, manages customer escalations, and drives customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution. Develops service strategies, tracks performance metrics, and implements best practices to enhance service efficiency and reliability. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintains strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise service operations for water purifier systems.

Manage a team of technicians, providing training and guidance.

Address customer complaints and resolve technical issues promptly.

Monitor service metrics, ensuring targets are met.

Implement strategies for improved service quality and cost efficiency.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
