Asst Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Offset Ink)

Role Overview: As an Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager at a leading manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to identify the feasibility and formulate strategies for the introduction of UV Varnishes/coatings and UV Inks in the Indian market. You will work closely with various functions like R&D, Process Development, Production, Quality, and Operations to introduce existing and new products effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly sales reports and deliver presentations. - Maintain high standards of product and company knowledge to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations. - Identify new sales, product, and client opportunities and implement strategies to capture them. - Ensure effective communication and implementation of policies, procedures, and codes within the sales/customer service team. - Develop and implement processes/systems to monitor marketing activities and outcomes. - Create support materials, lists, and information packs for the sales team in collaboration with the marketing team. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of managing high-performance sales activities. - Ability to assess Financial, Marketing, Branding, and Operational aspects of security INKs and coatings. - Prior experience in business development in INK and varnishes/coatings, with an understanding of the secure printing industry being an added advantage. - Strong customer base for UV Varnishes/coatings and UV Inks is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Good presentation skills, including the ability to present to experienced business teams and clients. - Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.,
