Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Purchase Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of raw materials, managing vendor relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also includes monitoring inventory levels, preparing purchase orders, and collaborating with the production and finance departments to optimize purchasing activities.

Qualifications

• Procurement and Supply Chain Management skills
• Vendor Relationship Management experience and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data
• Inventory Management and Planning skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the polymer industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
