Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Purchase Manager (Plastic), located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities related to plastic materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing inventory levels, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing purchase orders, and collaborating with various departments to meet production requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and market analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
