1)Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes and ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
2) Manage daily production schedules and resource allocation (labor, materials, machinery).
3)Monitor production KPIs and take corrective actions as needed to meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.
4)Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
5)Manage, coach, and develop production team members to optimize performance and engagement.
6)Liaise with other departments including Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HR for smooth operations.
7)Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
8)Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
