Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the FMCG food industry? We are a growing company specializing in fresh dosa batter and chapatis, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to manage our production unit in Bangalore!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily production to ensure efficiency and quality
✅ Maintain FSSAI compliance & hygiene standards
✅ Manage raw material procurement & inventory
✅ Supervise factory manpower & workflow
✅ Ensure timely stock handover & dispatch coordination
✅ Improve production efficiency & reduce wastagecoordinate b/w production partners
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in FMCG food production (preferably ready-to-cook or fresh food category)
2.Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
3. Knowledge of food safety standards & quality control
4. Hands-on experience in manpower & resource management
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
