Job Description

As an Asset Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our banks products and services, with a specific focus on asset-based offerings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our BRANCH BANKING-POS department.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of asset-based products and services, including loans, mortgages, and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for asset-based products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and seamless sales experience.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Identify and address any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and roadshows to promote our products.
