Asst. Mgr - Sales & Mktg (Storage Solutions)

As an Asst. Manager / Manager Sales at Avion Exim Pvt. Ltd, your role will involve handling Sales and Business Development of heavy-duty racks and shelves used in warehouses. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking - Understanding Material Handling design and coordinating with the production team - Managing sales and service teams to ensure effective execution of plans and taking corrective actions to meet targets - Managing vendors, conducting technical evaluations of products, negotiating quotations, and closing sales - Preparing Sales Reports and managing MIS - Supervising, training, and reviewing the performance of a team of Sales Executives Your qualifications should include a Degree or MBA with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
