Asst Manager Tool Room

• Operations Management: Supervise daily tool room activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for tool making and repairs.
• Tool Design & Development: Oversee the design, creation, and testing of new molds, dies, and fixtures.
• Maintenance & Repair: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, manage repair processes, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Control tool inventory, track usage, and maintain accurate records.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage tool room staff, setting performance targets and ensuring skill development.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all tooling meets quality standards and industry compliance, conducting inspections and audits.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the tool room.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to meet tooling requirements.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare performance reports and manage expenses to meet budget controls.
• design- AutoCAD. Manufacturing in tools room, wire cut, VMC, EDM, SAP. BDM planning., tool room experience only in extrusions industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
