We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Development Asst Manager to design, implement, and oversee effective training programs for our restaurant staff. This role ensures that employees at all levels are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitude to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff.
Onboard new hires with induction programs, SOPs, and brand standards.
Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with restaurant managers.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Train managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and staff development.
Maintain training records and report progress to management.
Support performance improvement plans through targeted coaching.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in training, ideally in F&B or hospitality.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
