Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead and manage Continuous improvement programs, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in process improvement initiatives. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead and manage Continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable value. Conduct process improvement workshops with Service Delivery to identify and scope improvement initiatives. Analyze CSAT surveys and partner with Service Delivery on CSAT plans to enhance customer satisfaction. Train and raise awareness on Quality tools and LSS as needed. Collaborate with the Automation team on large-scale and small-scale implementations. Partner with the Service Delivery team on strategic initiatives and organization-wide strategic projects. ### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in executing process improvement initiatives. Green Belt/Black Belt certification is required. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence is preferred. Evidence of influencing and change management skills is necessary. Ability to work across assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax, and transactions.
