Job Description

You will be joining the Global Delivery Services (GDS) team at EY, which plays a crucial role in the company's globalization efforts. GDS encompasses various functions such as Procurement, Talent, Finance and Accounting, IT, Risk management, Creative Agency, Learning Solutions, and Program Execution Services. The primary goal of GDS is to achieve effectiveness and efficiency to deliver sustainable value, being involved in EY's most significant transformation projects. Your main accountabilities will include leading and managing the Continuous Improvement program within the organization. This will involve mentoring continuous improvement projects following the Lean Six Sigma methodology, conducting process improvement workshops, analyzing customer satisfaction surveys, providing Quality tools and LSS training sessions, and collaborating with the Automation team for large and small-scale implementations. Additionally, you will partner with the Service Delivery team on strategic initiatives and organization-wide projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement program - Mentor continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology - Conduct process improvement workshops and identify improvement initiatives - Analyze CSAT surveys and collaborate with Service Delivery on CSAT plan - Provide training sessions on Quality tools and LSS - Collaborate with the Automation team for large and small-scale implementations - Partner with Service Delivery team on strategic initiatives and organization-wide projects **Qualifications Required:** - Experienced professional with over 5 years of work experience in executing process improvement initiatives - Green Belt certified / Black Belt trained - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong stakeholder management skills - Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence - Demonstrated influencing and change management skills You will be part of a diverse EY team that operates in over 150 countries, aiming to create a better working world by providing trust through assurance and assisting clients in their growth, transformation, and operations.
