Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales located in Hoskote. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will include coordinating with various teams, preparing reports, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will also provide guidance and support to the sales team to drive performance and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in developing sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
• Knowledge of the real estate market in and around Hoskote is an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to prepare sales reports
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for sales tracking and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in real estate or related industries
