Job Description

Contribute to project scheduling, planning, and execution to ensure delivery within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
Allocate resources to projects in coordination with the RA (Responsible Authority) and Head of Operations.
Prepare the baseline project plan in collaboration with the RA and define the scope of work and key milestones through the Job Briefing Note (JBN).
Develop resource plans in coordination with Project Managers (PMs) and Team Leaders.
Monitor the baseline plan in weekly and monthly intervals with Project Managers, teams, and Branch Offices based on the following:
Start and finish dates
Progress based on milestones and cost (as per JBN)
Design Progress Indicators (as per BMS)
Progress based on man-hours
Advise project teams on necessary Railway approvals and submission procedures throughout the project life cycle.
Coordinate with Regional/Branch Offices and provide support from Head Office as required.
Prepare and monitor billing plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
Generate and maintain project documentation and reports, including:
Monthly Progress Reports / MIS
Billing Plans
Master Monitoring and Controlling Sheets
Report project progress regularly to the RA and management.
Assist the RA in BMS (Business Management System) and project control activities.
Ensure quality control and manage communications with internal teams and external clients to meet project objectives.
