JD Project manger Function Project Sales Project Manager Self Contribution / Sales Target + Team Management Reports to : Zonal Manger/ NSM Drive to Achieve sales target for the region assigned Appoint project distributor as and when required . Creating a strong network of contractors/applicators and involving in demonstrating and sampling to the clients Identifying new builders, new projects and new business opportunities and converting them into sales. Professional relationship management with the stakeholders involved in projects i.e. PMCs, Civil contractors, Applicators, Architects, Developers & Finishing Contractors etc. Lead a lean team and achieve sales target planned for the year for self and team. Identifying new business leads and projects maintaining strong project funnel/ CRM in updated in regular interval. Convert prospects into business by maintaining a good rapport with stakeholders. Maintain a good relationship with Key Accounts and generate business YOY. Increase product portfolio by gaining confidence of client and providing best pre and post sales experience Setting sales targets aligned with business objectives & area potential Carrying out Post-Order Management activities and service to ongoing sites Payment collections as per terms agreed with Customers Tracking competitors movement in respective regions Making presentations to architects, builders and contractors Preparing data and sales forecasts on monthly basis for the related area and discussing them with the Reporting Manager Preparing learning plan for providing training to applicators, contractors and to other professionals in projects and achieving assigned objectives in terms of all training, Inhouse meet at various Architect Firms, Developers and Big Civil contractors Education : BE Civil/ Civil diploma/ Graduate/ MBA/PGDM Experience : 8+ Years in Project Sales of building material. (Construction Chemical would be added advantage) Technical Knowledge Good knowledge of Construction Chemicals Good knowledge of civil structures Sales planning & lead managment Good connect with Contractors, Applicators, Architects, builders and Project Dealers of the region Soft Skills Good Presentation and negotiation skills (local and English language) Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently Analytical skills for making data driven decisions/ proposal. Should be able to create and execute business plan Positive and growth mindset
