You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that is in line with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes designing innovative and engaging learning programs tailored to meet the needs of employees across different office locations. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training materials, resources, and curriculum. As part of your role, you will oversee the delivery and execution of learning initiatives, ensuring high-quality facilitation and adherence to timelines and budgets. It will be your responsibility to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all learning and development activities is crucial.
