Understanding scope of work from various user department for procurement of Machine related services.

Support Maintenance Teams for operational effectiveness of equipment thru spares procurement & external Services like Calibrations, Repairs & Retrofitting.

Right Source Selection, Negotiation, Price Finalization, Annual Rate Contracts (ARC)- Implementation / Renewal.

Ensuring process adherence in purchasing.

Utilization of Latest Trends in Procurement Practices
