Core Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits packages, pensions, and ensuring fair pay.
• Employee Relations: Handling conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Training & Development: Organizing training programs and career development opportunities for staff.
• Policy & Compliance: Developing, enforcing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
• Performance Management: Monitoring performance, managing attendance, and addressing disciplinary issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.
