Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting Front Office Manager in daily front office operations, guest services, reservations & handling IDS software based billing and room management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support FO Manager in supervising reception, guest service & reservation team.
  • Handle check-in / check-out process smoothly using IDS software.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling & room allocation.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve guest issues & ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, security & other departments.
  • Train front office staff on IDS usage, SOPs & service standards.
  • Maintain daily reports, occupancy data & MIS for management.
  • Handle VIP guest arrivals & assist in special requirements.

Profile Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
  • 2–4 years front office experience (Hotel/Resort).
  • Must have experience in IDS software operations.
  • Good communication, leadership & guest handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
