We are Hiring – Senior Executive (E-commerce & Marketing)

📍 Location: Delhi

👤 Experience: 2–4 years

We are looking for a smart, proactive and growth-oriented professional who can handle e-commerce operations along with digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

• Manage Amazon & Flipkart accounts
• Create and optimize listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ content)
• Handle inventory management and FBA stock planning
• Track pricing, orders, returns and overall marketplace performance

Marketing Responsibilities

• Run

  Flipkart ads

  and improve performance
• Handle social media posting (Instagram, FB & YouTube)
• Coordinate creatives, reels & influencer engagements
• Track campaign results and visibility metrics

Events & On-Ground Activities

• Visit events/exhibitions
• Audit branding and execution
• Share detailed event reports and improvement points

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Competitor tracking and insights
• Identify growth opportunities

What We Expect

✔ Strong knowledge of marketplace operations

✔ Understanding of Flipkart advertising

✔ Good communication & coordination skills

✔ Ability to take ownership and deliver results

Salary Range

💰 ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
