As a Program Manager, your role involves developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance, managing budget and funding channels for maximum productivity, and formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects. You will also be deciding on suitable strategies and objectives, coordinating cross-project activities.
