Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Accounts & Finance department with a focus on solar module manufacturing for solar energy production - Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations - Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost savings - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in solar energy finance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA or equivalent certification preferred - 6-8 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the renewable energy sector - Strong knowledge of solar module manufacturing and related financial processes - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Additional Details: Insolation Energy is committed to fostering a positive work culture that values learning and development.
