Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems used in steel structure manufacturing processes.
Ensure optimal performance of hydraulic presses, bending machines, shearing machines, and other heavy fabrication equipment.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for hydraulic failures to improve system reliability.
Monitor hydraulic fluid conditions, leakage control, and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
Lead and train the maintenance team to enhance technical capabilities and efficiency.
