Asst. Manager - AIT Planning

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for understanding project requirements and planning for their execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Knowledge of Hydraulic systems, with Transmission knowledge being preferable. - Preparation of detailed process sheets for shop execution. - Mapping of required manpower skills, resources, fixtures, and process sheets to ensure timely delivery with quality and cost efficiency. - Ensuring optimum utilization of resources planned for project execution. - Full-kit management to support project requirements. - Monitoring project progress to meet milestones. - Compliance with systems such as Concerto and Full Kit Management System (FKMS). - Driving process innovation through fixtures and test set-ups. - Regular interaction with the Project Management Group (PMG) for material flow and project schedule alignment. - Fostering a culture of First Time Right (FTR). - Collaborating effectively with internal teams including Design, AIT Shop, Production Engineering, and Auxiliary departments to ensure seamless project execution.
