ASST. HR MANAGER

You will be responsible for developing and administering human resources plans and procedures related to company personnel. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the HR department. You will contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems, and implement and revise the compensation program. Your tasks will also involve creating and revising job descriptions, conducting annual salary surveys, and analyzing and updating the salary budget and evaluation program. Furthermore, you will develop, revise, and recommend personnel policies and procedures, maintain the company handbook, and oversee benefits administration and affirmative action programs. Your role will also include overseeing recruitment efforts, conducting new employee orientations, employee relations counseling, and exit interviews. You will be responsible for maintaining department records and reports, participating in administrative staff meetings, and maintaining company directories and organizational charts. Additionally, you will recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures. It is essential for you to be well-versed in statutory compliance filing work such as ESI, EPF, TDS, and have sound knowledge of recruitment activities, onboarding, training, and development. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization - In-depth knowledge of statutory and HR best practices - PG in Human Resources or related field (preferably MBA, MSW) Additional Details: This is a full-time, regular/permanent position with a salary range of 20000 - 27000 per month. The work schedule is in the day shift. Candidates must be aged between 25-38 and male candidates are preferred. The work location is in Taliparamba, Kerala. Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Education requirements include a Master's degree. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for those holding a Professional in Human Resources certification.
