Asst. HR /HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Collaborate with Operations managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their integration into the company culture.
• Employee Relations:
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees and management.
• Monitor employee morale and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs accordingly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
• Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
• Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
