As an Associate/Sr. Associate/Manager in the Talent Acquisition team at Ampin Energy Transition, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's hiring efforts to drive sustainable and clean energy solutions. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Head, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent to contribute to the mission of innovation and growth in the renewable energy industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates for various roles including Engineering, Project Execution/Management, Procurement, O&M, and more. - Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. - Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed insights and recommendations. - Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and consultative approach to hiring. - Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates engaged and informed. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. - Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-7 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in BTech. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy or power sector. - Strong understanding of technical and non-technical job profiles within the renewable energy industry is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using job portals and MS Office. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
