Associate/Senior Associate- Resource Management

As a Resource Management Specialist, your role will involve various key responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will work closely with the Resourcing Manager and project managers to ensure accurate records of staff availability, skill sets, and project allocations. Your support in resource planning meetings and updating relevant tools/systems with current staffing data will be crucial. Additionally, you will identify resourcing gaps or overallocations and escalate issues as appropriate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Resourcing Manager and project managers to maintain accurate records of staff availability, skill sets, and project allocations - Support resource planning meetings and update relevant tools/systems with current staffing data - Identify resourcing gaps or overallocations and escalate as appropriate - Develop and maintain reports on staffing, utilization, and forecasted capacity across teams - Analyze trends in utilization and support data-driven decision making for hiring, workload balancing, and project planning - Manage and enforce the firm's internal firewall policies - Track firewall approvals, maintain documentation, and act as a point of contact for firewall-related queries - Support effective subcontractor management by reviewing, writing, and issuing contracts - Manage any client required compliance training and maintain accurate records - Work with Account Leads and relevant internal teams to ensure accurate data is captured and reported back to the client in a timely manner **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business, operations, life sciences, or a related field - 3-4 years of experience in an operations, project management, or resourcing role within a global organization - Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment If you possess the willingness and ability to work flexible hours, have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and are highly organized, then this role is perfect for you.
