We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) candidates to join our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) firm as Associates Legal Research, with a focus on U.S. law. In this role, you will conduct in-depth legal research on federal and state laws, case precedents. Your responsibilities will include working on demand letters in tort law and preparing case summaries with accurate and well-organized research findings. This opportunity is open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Company Secretary candidates with good research and analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Clear writing, understanding of legal concepts, and attention to detail are important for this role. Prior experience in U.S. legal research or LPO work is a plus but not mandatory. We provide structured training, a collaborative work environment, and growth opportunities in U.S. legal analysis and client support.
