Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Associated Leads & Leads located in Guwahati. The role involves overseeing daily operations and delivery processes, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, and managing a team of delivery executives. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery performance metrics, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, facilitating coordination among different departments, and implementing strategies for operational improvement. Qualifications Experience in logistics and operations management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Good analytical and decision-making skills Proficiency in using logistics software and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the logistics industry is a plus Show more Show less
