Job Description:

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs

Qualifications

Fresher to 6 months of experience in US payer operations in Commercial/Medicare Claims and working on Adjustments

͏

Roles and Responsibilities

Considerable verbal and written communication skills
Required typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
Good analytical and mathematical ability,
Strong time management and problem solving skills
Ability to quickly identify requested information and anticipate future needs
Ability to overcome objections and persuade members to take action / change behavior
Flexibility to customize approach to meet all personalities
Compassionate conflict management skills
Strong attention to quality and detail
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
Ability to be reliable and punctual in work attendance
Ability to adhere to a schedule
