Wife is looking for an Associate Video Editor. We need someone who can turn hours of footage into minutes of meaning - who knows when to cut, when to hold, and when silence speaks louder than sound.

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond trimming clips to shape narratives that connect. Someone who understands that editing isn’t just about software skills, it’s about judgment, timing, and the ability to see the story before anyone else does.

Job Duties

• Work in collaboration in a team to understand client briefs/ strategies and effectively execute them effectively. These creative checklists generally include but are not limited to Motion Graphic Projects, Brand Videos, Video Presentations, Ad Films, Explainer Films, Brand Identities, Brand and Marketing collaterals, Website Interfaces, packaging, PowerPoint templates, Business Stationery, Social Media content in line with a brand’s design language that is not only great to look at but easy to understand.
• Have the capability to operate independently and efficiently with increased levels of self-initiative.
• A keen and critical eye for design for the purpose of aesthetic benchmarking and quality control.
• Not only create visually appealing motion and static designs but also cognitively engaging ones.
• Operate on multi-level design strata and be best buddies with more than one design medium be it animation, layouting, print, digital, advertising and more. A horizontal, to all verticals.
• Think forward and anticipate future design trends, opportunities and prospective successes for the brands that we partner with.
• Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Design (e.g., graphics, visual communications).
• Technical proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) - the more the merrier.
• A high degree of understanding of people, brands and the market
• Tact, people-skills, instinctiveness, intuitiveness
• 1-3 years of experience in the same/ similar role
