Associate Vice President - Sales

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Sales at our company, your role involves leading client engagement, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, and execution teams. Your strong leadership, operational alignment, and dedication to exceptional customer experiences will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and achieve sales targets by implementing effective client engagement and conversion strategies. - Ensure a premium client experience throughout the consultation to project sign-off process. - Collaborate with design and execution teams to facilitate smooth project handovers. - Oversee resource planning and internal coordination across different teams. - Track and ensure timely delivery of design team outputs that align with client expectations. Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2C sales, with a preference for experience in interior design. - Strong grasp of sales funnels, customer behavior analysis, and delivering premium services. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and achieve revenue goals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
