Associate Vice President - Digital Marketing

The role requires you to design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's demand generation and branding objectives. You will be responsible for driving the direction and execution of digital marketing initiatives, emphasizing the use of MarTech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing techniques across various channels to achieve the desired ROI. Your role involves utilizing cutting-edge tools to provide accurate analytics and actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns using MarTech tools, driving performance marketing initiatives like PPC and display advertising, and leading analytics marketing efforts to measure campaign effectiveness and customer behavior. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing digital marketing budgets will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold an MBA in Marketing from a Tier II or III B-School and possess over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in MarTech, performance marketing, analytics marketing, and growth marketing. Your expertise should extend to various MarTech platforms, tools, and solutions, demonstrating a track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital campaigns. Moreover, you should have a strong grasp of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and mobile marketing. Effective leadership and management skills are crucial as you will lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Your ability to analyze data, provide actionable recommendations, and stay updated on industry trends will be essential for driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Behaviorally, you should exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills, working efficiently across teams and stakeholders. Your knowledge of industry trends and best practices, coupled with innovative leadership qualities, will contribute to your success in this role.
