Job Description

Role Overview: As a Corporate Salary Proposition Manager at HSBC, your role involves driving the strategy for the RBWM corporate salary proposition within the allocated market. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with corporates, increasing product penetration, and ensuring the quality of acquired corporates aligns with the bank's strategic focus. Your efforts will focus on enhancing HSBC product penetration within employees of corporates and managing portfolio profitability. Moreover, you will lead a team of highly mobile sales staff to deliver an excellent customer experience and expand HSBC's new to wealth acquisition activities. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with RMs and BDMs to engage with key decision makers of target corporates and present the HSBC CEP proposition - Focus on quality of corporates acquired through company profiling and increased product penetration within their employee base - Collaborate with product specialist sales teams to conduct corporate presentations and generate leads - Drive the asset strategy of RBWM in the corporate space by identifying growth opportunities and showcasing HSBC's offerings - Deliver the operating plan across key products, control acquisition costs, and optimize sourcing mix - Ensure minimal documentation errors by promoting the Right First Time behavior - Submit market/competitors updates to sales manager based on team and customer feedback - Network with key decision makers within corporates, provide feedback on competition offers, and leverage internal corporate referral opportunities - Resolve complaints within specified TAT, comply with AML regulations, and uphold HSBC Group Values - Cultivate a performance-driven culture, contribute to subordinate development, and drive team competence through coaching - Develop a collaborative environment, implement RBWM plan, and contribute to business strategy through cost control and income generating ideas - Monitor business health, collaborate with Marketing on cross-sell initiatives, and ensure adherence to bank processes and systems usage - Safeguard the bank from potential loss/damage, maintain sales quality ratio, and ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications Required: - Graduation with 5 to 10 years of experience Additional Company Details: HSBC is dedicated to fostering a culture where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions count.
