Associate, Vendor Management

Role Overview: As a Vendor and Contract Manager at Circles, you will play a strategic role in managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize technology-related spend across the organization by negotiating and administering IT-related contracts. You will need to have strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Your role will involve overseeing vendor management, contract lifecycle management, technology spend optimization, and governance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors and service providers. - Develop and implement vendor performance and risk management frameworks. - Monitor vendor compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and KPIs. - Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation. - Analyze IT spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Ensure procurement practices adhere to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in vendor or contract management, preferably in IT or technology services. - Strong understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS licensing models, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. - Proven negotiation and contract management skills. - Ability to interpret complex contract terms and conditions. - Experience with vendor management tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar). - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other spend analytics tools. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
