As a Sales Representative, your primary job function will involve achieving the assigned territory/geography wise sales targets. You will be responsible for carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision and reporting field work on a daily basis on the assigned online system. It will be essential to meet Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share. You will be required to promote the Division's products as per the strategy, build relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockiest, and facilitate strategy building. Additionally, you will serve as a good brand ambassador. The minimum education required for this role is a BSc/B. Pharma degree. You should have 2+ years of experience in the field, although freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy, as well as those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage. Fluency and confidence in communication are crucial for this position.,
