Associate UX

Role Overview: As a part of our team, your role involves thinking creatively and analytically to solve real-world problems faced by users. You will need to be open-minded, receptive to feedback, and possess a keen eye for detail in design principles and concepts. Your mission will be to strategize, iterate, and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Think, argue, analyze, strategize, and iterate on design solutions. - Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps according to Lollypop standards and client requirements. - Design effort level scoping such as LOE, SOW, and proposals. - Apply strategic design thinking to tackle real-world problems. - Mentor designers on the latest design trends and maintain a positive team spirit. - Take ownership of team deliverables and ensure tasks are completed on time and with high quality. - Demonstrate a strong awareness of UX methodologies including research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemaps, wireframing, and prototyping. - Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. - Foster a sense of humor and create a positive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in UX approaches and methodologies. - Ability to work independently and motivate team members. - A keen eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity in design. - Ownership mindset towards team responsibilities and deliverables.,
